"Recommended Self-Cleanse Regimen Prior to our session"

In order to improve your overall well-being and to promote the best results from the session, a process of modified purification is recommended. This allows the energy work to more efficient. The following steps are strongly suggested:


1. Refrain from eating meat, fowl, or fish three days prior to the session. These foods often contain drugs in the form of penicillin, female hormones, toxins in the form of pesticides and heavy metals. These make your system sluggish and usually throw the body out of balance.


2. Consider a water or juice fast for one to three days, especially if you are already a vegetarian, vegan, or have experience with fasting.


3. Minimize your use of coffee and caffeinated beverages, or stop them completely. They create imbalances in the nervous and endocrine systems. Especially avoid caffeine the day of the session.


4. Avoid alcohol for at least three days prior to the session and after.


5. Minimize or stop consuming chocolate and other sweets.


6. If you smoke, cut back to as little as possible on the day of the session.


7. Meditate 15 minutes or more in the morning and evening for at least one week using a style you are familiar with or simply spend this time in silence.


8. Reduce or eliminate time watching TV; listening to the radio; reading newspapers; going to bars, clubs; and spending time with negative people.


9. Go for quiet walks at the park or beach; spend time in nature; and get moderate exercise.


10. Give more attention to the subtle impressions and sensations with and around you. Contemplate their meaning to gain insight.


11. Meditate and focus on releasing anger, fear, jealousy, hate, worry, stress, and replacing them with feelings of love. Create a sacred space within and around you.


12. Show gratitude for everything and open your heart to receiving blessings.


13. Ground yourself and visualize being surrounded with light and love.


14. If you can avoid any type of intimacy one week before and after, kisses it's fine :).


15. Be careful with whom you share about your personal session. Not all people are at the same level of understanding as you are. They can pull you out of higher energy. The influence of another person's EGO can create some type of negative blockages.
